Fuselage Clock Airbus A340 Triple — Herencia Aérea · Aviation Heritage Collection

An imposing wall structure that reconfigures the measurement of time through the scale materiality of long-haul commercial aviation. This large-format piece of industrial archaeology has been developed from an authentic fuselage section of an Airbus A340, the iconic European four-engine aircraft designed to traverse the most demanding transcontinental routes on the planet.

The aeronautical aluminum structural segment retains the original pattern of high-pressure rivets and the tension of the internal frames. On this surface, three precision dials arranged in series are integrated, forming a multiple time zone that evokes the spirit of long-distance intercontinental flights. The piece undergoes a rigorous hand-finishing treatment in our workshop, allowing the client to choose between a technical satin finish or a high-reflectivity mirror polish. An object of institutional level and magnetic presence, conceived to preside over corporate boardrooms, executive offices or high-end residences.
