Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner III Propeller Blade — Herencia Aérea · Aviation Heritage Collection

A work of imposing scale that fuses the aerodynamics of aeronautical heritage with the sophistication of contemporary haute-couture design. This large-format sculptural piece is an original component recovered from a Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner III, the iconic highly pressurized twin-engine turboprop aircraft designed for executive aviation and high-tuning regional transport.

Originally made from an advanced metal alloy to withstand the dynamic demands of commercial flight, the propeller blade has undergone a rigorous conditioning process in our workshop. Instead of the traditional polished finish, the piece receives a premium automotive lacquer treatment, applying the same microscopic standards of sealing, paint and polyurethane lacquer that define ultra-luxury vehicles. This technique highlights the tension of the blade's hydrodynamic curves, while also offering absolute personalization by allowing the collector to determine the exact color palette to integrate with the architecture of their space. Presented on a minimalist pedestal of subtle gravity, the sculpture establishes itself as a visual landmark of monolithic presence, conceived to give prominence to corporate halls or avant-garde residences.
